Colin's 6 weeks of Martial Arts

Colin just finished 6 weeks of martial arts, and we are so proud of him! Colin is a great listener and did very well with his "yes, sirs" and "hi-yahs!" in class.

Breaking boards with his karate kick was, by far, the highlight of the whole class!

 

Colin was thrilled when Jack came to watch.

The most rewarding part for him was earning different colored stripes on his belt after every class. He earned every one of them and he's proud!

Great job, Colin! We were going once a week after I picked the boys up from school. It put quite a strain on our weekly schedule, so we're putting a pause on classes for awhile. If he really misses it and wants to go back, we'll try to make it work. So for now, he'll just need to practice what he's learned at home with Justin. Oh, the fun!
