Colin put himself in timeout

He begged me to put him in Justin's exersaucer. I told him "no," repeatedly. He started whining and crying to be put in the toy. Then on his own, Colin walked himself over to the timeout mat, sat down and kept whining. I didn't say anything.. and a minute later, he stopped whining, stood up and said, "Mama, I'm ready to listen." I told him "good, now you can play with another toy." He ran off and played with something else! I swear, true story! =)
