Thankful

We are thankful for so much.

For Auntie Lori motivating Jack to start running again - and they both finished the Cleveland Turkey Trot.
Auntie Lori is thankful for Justin alone-time. They had a date day to the zoo!
Nature in Ohio. Jack finds the best hiking spots and took Lori on a 10 miler!
Sister-in-law Tami's wonderful camera and editing skills. She finally got a shot of my sis and me - and she also shot our official Christmas card photos!!
We are so thankful for family time at Grandma's. Somehow she manages to host 20+ elwells every year! I have a new respect for party hosts and am so thankful to her for hosting everyone!
So very thankful for the beautiful Thanksgiving weather that was sent to us. Perfect for leaf pile jumping.
 Thankful for cousin-time..
Who else remembers sitting at the kids table?
Oh, and the infamous Kris Kringle we do every year. The kids LOVE it!
We are thankful to have our new kitchen finally done. We were able to host the family over at our house for some day-after-Tgiving fun. Here are my favorite big-girl nieces helping me with Colin's birthday cupcakes.  Colin gets to celebrate his birthday with all of this cousins every year.

So thankful for this new house and how it holds the Elwell-clan so much better than our past homes.
We went from 60 degrees to snow within 3 days. It was so much fun to see Lori and Colin play out in the snow for an hour!
Thankful for a sister who has enough energy to entertain the kids. What is she pulling around?
Yep, Justin was rolled up in there! Then Colin was, then Justin was, then Colin was. haha... You get the point. It was non-stop floor sweeping fun.
We welcomed a new member to the family - Aunt Natalie adopted a new kitten, and the boys got all of their kitten-time in. Name yet to be finalized!
We are thankful for Pinterest. I pinned this magnetic chalkboard idea. Lori saw it and declared it her first Pinterest project. And she and I are both thankful for Jack who actually did all of the work to make this idea come to life in our house! Everyone has Pinterest, but only we have a Jack! =)
Lastly, we welcomed a new car to our family. The boys have a new Mercedes thanks to their good friend, Carlo! Yes, they are spoiled silly.
Thankful, we are. Much love to everyone! Don't be fooled, we are Christmas ready as well! The elf is alive and back at work - and is actually hiding out in one of the above pictures. The tree is up and we are getting in the Christmas spirit. More pictures soon...
