Our first family vacation to California!

We're back! Jack, Colin and I spent the last 10 days in sunny (and breezy) California. Colin and I spent 5 days in San Francisco while Jack spent those days hiking and partying with Denny in Phoenix. Then we (all of us including my mom) all met up in San Diego for one of my closest friend's wedding, and a little sightseeing! Congrats on a beautiful wedding, Annie and Mike!

Overall highlights:

1. Walks in Golden Gate Park. Because Colin was born in November, he hasn't been outside in Ohio too much. It was great to smell the fresh flowers and feel the fresh air.
   
2. My sister is a great auntie. Lori was with Colin for almost every minute of our trip to San Francisco. She'll be a great mom someday. =)
   
3. Colin dipped his feet in the ocean...and loved it (he didn't cry.) Rule of thumb: If Colin cries while indoors, take him outside and he'll stop. He's an outdoor baby...Yay for us!
   
4. Mom and I hit the casino while in San Diego! My mom joined us on our trip to San Diego to help with Colin while Jack and I partied at the wedding. Thanks Mom!
   
5. Pay the extra $300 for a direct flight. Layovers are a pain!
